Develop a Cloud Based Invoicing App

Hi, I operate a building and construction business and am looking for expertise and experience with developing an invoicing app similar to [login to view URL] (I am currently using this app but it has limitations for my business). The mobile app needs to be able to have the similar features as the invoice2go app, including: 1. Create quotes with the ability to add pictures and descriptions 2. Capable of emailing and tracking quotes 3. Action quotes as approved or lost 4. Create invoices based on quotes generated in (1) above 5. Track Payments against an invoice 6. Accept payments from credit and debit cards 7. Generate invoice reminders In addition to the above standard features, the app needs to be able to track invoices issued to an approved quote. For example, if an approved quote for $20,000 allows for 4 progress invoices to be issued of $5,000 each, the app needs to generate 4 invoices which show both the $5,000 invoice amount and the amount outstanding against the approved quote amount after all invoices issued to date. That is, the 1st invoice should show $5,000 payable with $15,000 outstanding on the approved quote. The 2nd invoice should show $5,000 payable with $10,000 outstanding on the approved quote etc. The app needs to work on smartphones as well as Mac and PC platforms.
