We have a custom-built CMS, which among others administers uploaded photos and documents. What's missing is a convenient, stable, efficient upload tool. Requirements - the technical side: - Select multiple files at a time, each up to 50 MB - Upload one file at a time to avoid upload size issues - Send metadata together with file - Use existing ajax routines - Must run on shared hosting (1&1) - Upload tool to be used in a modular way in different contexts - Error messages if upload fails partly or completely - a tremendous plus, maybe in a second step, would be progress bars, individually per file. Requirements - the developer side: - Willing and able to cope with legacy code - Precise, exhaustive and friendly :) communication Don't worry about styling, css, or db interaction. Once the files are on the server, our systems knows what to do.
