I need the development of a website. The project consists of a raffle website which must include:
- LIST OF AVAILABLE NUMBERS AND RANDOM SELECTION OF TICKET NUMBER AVAILABLE FOR PACKAGES. Example: [login to view URL]

- TICKET VERIFIER. Example: [login to view URL]
- CONTROL PANEL
In the control panel 3 types of PERMISSIONS are needed.
1.- Developer permission, with the ability to modify the general information of the page, such as the titles of the raffles. Add, remove or modify all images and all descriptions. Add, remove or modify linked whatsapp numbers. Define the number of list tickets. Set the price of tickets for packs of 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50 or 100 tickets.
2.- Client permission. Only view available and paid tickets and validate paid tickets, ability to modify only the information of each ticket sold as:
-Name
-Cell phone
-City
3.-Payment Validator Permit. User only with permission to validate ticket payments by marking the ticket selected by the buyer as paid.
