Digital surveillance and logging in a chicken coop with a raepberry pi

I am looking for a developer who can build and code the following system: general: a raspberry pie should be used to administrate daily tasks in a chicken coop, assume that there is a internet connection and/or 220V or 12V power features: 1.) logging of multiple temperature / humidity sensors (though of dallas) in the coop, outside, in the nestboxes 2.) switching off and on a infrared lamp (via 5V relais) (if temperature inside is to below/above a thershold) 3.) switching off and on a fan (via 5V relais) for besser airflow (if temperature is to hot inside), fan blows out or sucks in 4.) switching off and on a 220V LED lightbulp (via 5V relais) based on time of the day 5.) open / close the chicken door (via a relais) at a certain time of the day. want to use a manual shutter engine (requires 220V and a 4 wire connection for the end and start points 6.) tracking of the chickens (each chicken has a footring with a rfid chip) when they enter and exit a nestbox. (need to know how the egg production is per chicken/rfid). each nestbox (assume 3) has a rfid reader module 7.) an update function for the software or software modules 8.) a responsive html website that can administrate all the features above and show graphs about the data, would love to see a small php7 script with a local sql database deliverables: the code with install instructions the detailed hardware (rpi modules) and wiring instructions what is used please only bid on this project if you have experience and can deliver within 1 to 2 weeks time. happy to pay more if the final system is useful and upgradeable with more features later on. please see feature #6 as optional.
