I need basic tool/software to download PDF file with the help of URL that i will provide to it and rename after download.
i have excel sheet that contain
File URL
New File Name
just one click and software start downloading PDF file from url and rename it as mentioned on excel sheet .
i also attached sample sheet.
i think to develop this kind of software will not take more than hour.
i need this as soon as possible.
