eChart Apache chart/diagram from a given sq data price and date

Need a simple page where I can add the price to the database with a date. These data will be shown as line area diagram. The special thing is, that I haven't not for everyday a price, so the current price is the latest price in the sql database for each day. You see it in the attached excel example file. Normaly for each day we need data, but I have not for each day the data, so we have in the database the column d-f (excel example) with only the inputed data. Furthermore the diagram should looks like the Chart (template) attached. The chart will get also a background logo (with 50% opacity), so please keep that also in mind. I prefer freelancer which did already similar chart projects and which can handle also the input/edit page of the price/date data (like a add button and a table sorted by the latest date and with edit button in each line). Would be fine if we can use maybe the echart from Apache (like the Area Chart), it seems like, that its similar to my expected chart. [login to view URL]
