We have a Sales team of 10 or so staff operating in a car dealership environment over 2 locations (both linked to same server). What I am looking for is a piece of software that 'floats' on their desktop (not a web page) so deploying something like Adobe Air or similar, which records the enquiry level of each sales member (ie Phone, Email, Messenger, Walk-in, Other) and the individual returns are then pool into an aggregate screen which the Sales Manager sees. When one of the Sales Team gets a new enquiry, for instance by phone, they just click the counter above the phone column to add 1 more to the count. And so on. Completely manual entry which is fine. Sales Manager has his own screen (as he sells also) but also has an additional view of aggregated enquiry levels.
