Erstellen einer Webseite

We need a PHP website with 3 items and a connection to a already working MySQL database: - A listbox - A dropdown - A button The listbox will be manually filled with values, one per row like this: Account1 Account2 Account3 The dropdown should have a selection of 5 predefined values with two arguments. Looks like this (first row is visible for the user, second one not but will be used later on): Available, 1 Created, 2 Checked, 3 Ready, 4 Finished, 5 After confirming with the button it should go through the listbox and create a UPDATE SQL statement together with the "hidden digit" value of the listbox. Example: SQLstring="UPDATE table SET STATUSID={value from dropdown} WHERE ACCOUNT='{Account from the listbox row)" This SQL command should be sent to our MySQL server for execution. Also the PHP file should write the values (STATUSID, ACCOUNT) to a log file (simple text file somewhere on the computer and append the new lines) The script should be SQL injection proof and the button needs to show a dialog asking for a password (as confirmation and security feature). No CSS or graphical things, simple box, dropdown and button (oh and a header text line. :)). The connections settings (IP, User, Password, DB) for the MySQL database should be editable in the header of the PHP file or in a separate settings file.
