We need an expert freelancer to work and cooperate with us for a private project.
Project requirements:
1) Send via Telegram protocol multi messages (expected 100K msg /hour) [A bot or Website to handle the subscribers and broadcasting to the clients]
2) The scripts on servers side should be reliable and fast.
3) Customize Telegram app and maybe minimize it to our needs. [We are interested more in broadcasting, messaging, registration, authentication and blacklist functionalities]
Note:
There is no problem if we can achieve like above goals with a genius idea using our custom platform (servers, networks) to provide a broadcasts to our clients.
