FFMPEG based live streams encoder/transcoder with WEB GUI

I need a simple linux based WEB GUI to control encoding\transcoding of live streams\files by FFMPEG. I want a GUI interface for FFmpeg to make it as simple as possible for a live video transcoding. Solutions should have simple installation to any server or PC. Every minute screenshot to monitor the status of encoding/transcoding. Sending mails for any alerts. It must add as many channels as I want and to modify and to remove. It must auto start when system boots. And all the commands must be saved to a file or DB to save it in case of OS crash (ie [login to view URL]). There should be watchdogs to keep encodin/transcoding in progress without any interruptions. Need to have possibility to have several inputs for transcofing redunduncy. Need to allow to add several servers for use as one managing platform. A web interface is a must to control it with a username & password for security with permitions (admin, engineer, monitor).
