I have a website with version 4.8 of Wordpress and it is using the Twenty Twelve theme. The 1st issue I need to be fixed is that the customization feature is not working - when I go to Appearance>Customize it does not give me any customization options like it usually does. See screenshot: [login to view URL] A 2nd issue is that I am unable to upload images via WordPress, it gives an HTTP error: [login to view URL] There are also no plugins installed which I find strange. The website was transferred to a new server recently, and everything was working fine and there were some plugins, but now it's gone. I have tried installing different themes and the customization issue still occurs.
