Fixing Wordpress Therive Theme Template Saving Issue

1)Re: template saving button -- Not sure either, but this could well be a coincidental change/update from the builder around the time I sent the work request to you. The save button you have used includes all the functions found in the one I referred to, so I will leave it at that and use that option now. Thanks 2) Re: saving issues -- I spent the last 30 minutes to save templates, then trying to retrieve them on another page - Here's my finding a) a small text worked just fine and I could immediately retrieve on the very page it was saved on and also on different pages. b) now the problem persisted with a larger portion (never the case some while ago b/c that's how I copy-cloned 29 pages) -- Please try that yourself and let me know if you get luckier than me (I don't know if luck has anything to do with it really, but I am losing my head on this), but this is exactly the same part of the page I asked my host service provider to deal with and they asked me to see a developer instead. What I was trying to achieve when I noticed the problem: please visit these two pages in Thrive edit mode a) [login to view URL] AND b) [login to view URL] Step 1: On [login to view URL] , I am trying to copy the passage (i.e columns) that is located from "1. Educational Sites" all the way to the bottom. TO do that, I move my cursor slightly above "1. Educational Site" to highlight the columns in green --> save (template) (let's wait until we see the "template saved" confirmation, then --> save full page again (ctrl + S). Step 2: Next vist page Goal: retrieve and paste the "saved template" in previous page on this current page in step 2. Ideally, paste it slightly above "1. Intro: Common Sports", save the whole page (Cntrl S) and let me know how that works for you. This was my issue. I hope you can replicate these steps b/c the resource saved is still not being loaded on that other page. and that is what I am hoping to resolve with your help.
