Force “Verified owner” label on woocomerce products on any user review

The default functionality of wordpress is to show “Verified Owner” on every product review when a login user who purchased the product writes a review. I want to force “verified owner” label on the code of the wordpress website without having to have a user who actually bought the product review it. Summary: remove the check for verified owner so it would always just show for any user who writes a review
