Front-end development for existing real-estate site

I am looking for an experienced front-end developer to take care of several pending front-end issues on a site in development. The site is based on Joomla with the OSRealty template. The back-end for the real estate management portion is OS Property and OS Calendar. The current developer is primarily focusing on the back-end and is not able to dedicate the required time to finish the front-end issues on the site. Current location of the development site: [login to view URL] Non-exhaustive list of current issues: - picture banner on HOME is not properly scaling/cropping - property name and price overlay on HOME banner is not properly positioned horizontally and should be sized differently on smaller screens - when using the site on smaller devices, the responsive template does not always behave properly - on narrow screens, the list of properties on HOME, RENT and SALE should be displayed in a single column; two column layout is only for larger screens - regardless of screen size, the phone number in the header should not disappear - when hovering over the main menu items, a blue background sometimes flashes quickly before the dark brown background is shown... that blue flash shouldn't be there - the scaling/cropping of property pictures in OS Property is far from handy.
