Help me create sign up, login, submit post and log out functionality on my WordPress website

I am trying to build a login and logout system on my WordPress website. I want users to be able to submit posts directly on the website (not through WordPress dashboard). Similar to [login to view URL] post submission. Here are the specifications:
-> Viewer should see Sign up and Login buttons on Home Page (google login included)
-> When signed in, user should be able to see their existing posts, create a new post, comment on other posts and reset password if required (Basically the same as the WordPress plugins, except I don't want the user to go through the complex dashboard - I want them to be able to manage their account and post from the front-end itself - Like [login to view URL])
-> User should be able to log out if signed in
