Help with ecommerce built on codeigniter, approx 1hour job only

Project details: Website: [login to view URL] Need to do the following things: 1) When we edit product, the things do not get saved and reflected. correct this. I have old files also, which is working fine. But in new upgraded files, things not working. Target time: 30 minutes 2) Cookies /Cache issue. When we change the banners in header and footer. This do not get refreshed in old computers where websites were opening almost every day. Few pages, new headers have come and few pages dont. Need to solve this. Target Time: 1hour 3) Login with fb not working properly. There is a signin popup which opens when user not signed in. Even after signing with fb, popup is opening and it shows as user have not signed in. But when user closes the popup, and switches to other pages, it shows as its signed in.. Need to resolve this. Target time 1Hour 4) After the above 3points is done, the tests will be done for next 3days. By this time, i will change all the old images from cpanel with reduced sized images. And then the gtmetrix score on all the parameters have to be improved. Scoring high on [login to view URL] and google page speed mobile +desktop Target to score on gtmetrix is 99% on all parameters. If you can justify your work is ethical and with pure quality, this score i can expect as anything above 95% also. (We are open to anything between 95% to 99% in case developer makes proper arrangements. Also, after 7days, after 14 days, and after 28days we would have same test on both the places and score should not fall below 98%) (We will change all the images already exists with new images replacing old ones less than required file size) Payment terms: Create Milestone 1 & 2: 25% each Release Milestone 1: 25% for point 1,2 & 3 above will be released if implemented live and tested for first time Release Milestone 2: 25% after 5days of testing of 1,2 & 3 above Create milestone 3 & 4: 25% each Release Milestone 3: after tests are succeed 95+% in gtmetrix on all parameters Release Milestone 4: after tests are succeed without inturrption or further changes in optimisation after 15days In case after 15days, score goes bad, you need to score it again Total time allocation is: 3 to 4 hours today If something is wrong, then again, you need to make it correct/ Hence if i can get any expert at hourly, i can bear maximum budget of $20 to 30 If one can show his utmost good quality, i will surely prefer him for my next works which are already in work in progress.
