Help with website functionality

I have a site set up which uses both Wordpress and a program called Appgini. My site allows users to input details about a house for sale. However I am have three problems that I need to solve. 1. The page that allows users to input info does not allow for continuous saves. In other words a person cant input 4 items, save it and come back 2 hours later and continue. There are over 60 fields to be inputted so I need a function where the user can stop anywhere along the process, save and come back to finish their work 2. The page only has a save feature and will only save the page after all field are filled correctly. The page is saved to a place where all other users can view it however I would like to add a publish icon to the page. Then I can give users permission to view only the publish pages of other users and not the saved pages. 3. A saved page will look just as it looks to the user with visible fields that can be edited. However the published page should look much more stream lined and will include their first published photo, a mandatory field. It should also contain data such as house address, year built, square footage, etc. I will include a sample flyer with this email as to how the published page could look.
