Once User has logged in: 1. User will be redirected to Get Started page; 1.1 Single Applicant Or Joint Applicant (Up 2 to people allowed to apply) 1.1.1 If single applicant direct to Home Loan Application 1.1.2 If Joint Applicant direct to Joint Applicant Application 2. Single Applicant - Home Loan Application Automation/Workflow 2.1 Buttons Home Loan Application should have and their function 2.1.1 Save: If user has not finished application save button saves user inputs to creator (only). 2.1.1.1 When User logs back in through portal their saved inputs are filled from previous inputs and user must fill out whats left of the form. 2.1.2 Submit: Once User has filled out all fields in the application and clicks submit button. 2.1.2.1 User is redirected to Non Refundable Fee Page 2.1.3 Reset: Clears Inputs and wipes Home Loan Application of previous inputs (from that session) 3. Joint Applicant (For 2 People) - Home Loan Application Automation/Workflow 3.1.1 Joint Applicant (Person 1) Application should have 3 buttons. 3.1.1.1 Save: If user has not finished application save button saves user inputs to creator (only). 3.1.1.2 Next: When Joint Applicant has input information in all fields, click next button - Redirected to Home Loan Application (Same Functions are applied on H.L Application) 3.1.1.3 Reset: Clears Inputs and wipes Home Loan Application of previous inputs (from that session) Once Home Loan Application is Submitted - direct to CHECKOUT PAGE if user clicks PAY NOW, USER WILL BE REDIRECTED TO Payfast GATEWAY. If Single Applicant: 1. If Payment is successful - 1.1 DATA OF APPLICATION TO BE STORED IN ZOHO CREATOR, ZOHO CRM(Contacts, Leads, Home Loans Module). 1.2 DATA OF PAYMENT STATUS(Successful Payment) SHOULD BE STORED IN ZOHO CREATOR, CRM(Home Loans Module). 1.3 RECEIPT OF APPLICATION IS SENT TO USER EMAIL/ID 1.4 NOTIFICATION OF SUCCESSFUL PAYMENT AND PURCHASE INFORMATION SENT TO ZOHO BOOKS WITH USER ID. 1.5 USER RECIEVES EMAIL THAT APPLICATION IS CURRENTLY UNDERGOING REVIEW. 2. If Payment is Unsuccessful; 2.1 DATA OF APPLICATION MUST NOT BE PUSHED TO CRM. ONLY SAVED DATA WILL BE STORED IN CREATOR. 2.2 DATA OF PAYMENT STATUS TO BE SENT TO ZOHO BOOKS AS WELL AS CRM. If Joint Applicant - 1. If Payment is successful; 1.1 DATA OF APPLICATION TO BE STORED IN ZOHO CREATOR, ZOHO CRM(Contacts, Leads, Home Loans Module) for both Application. 1.2 DATA OF PAYMENT STATUS SHOULD BE STORED IN ZOHO CREATOR, CRM(Home Loans Module). 1.3 RECEIPT OF APPLICATION IS SENT TO USER EMAIL/ID FOR INDIVIDUAL THAT HAS PAID 1.4 NOTIFICATION OF SUCCESSFUL PAYMENT AND PURCHASE INFORMATION SENT TO ZOHO BOOKS WITH USER ID. 2. If Payment is Unsuccessful; 2.1 DATA OF APPLICATION MUST NOT BE PUSHED TO CRM. ONLY SAVED DATA WILL BE STORED IN CREATOR. 2.2 DATA OF PAYMENT STATUS TO BE SENT TO ZOHO BOOKS AS WELL AS CRM.
