Improve Wordpress Plugin Add-on

I need a Wordpress developer to change the WP Job Manager add-on ([login to view URL]) for Restrict Content Pro plugin ([login to view URL]). The add-on is developed so that the admin can restrict the number of job posts by the employer. But I need the following restrictions for the employee (the person who seeks a job): - Restrict the number of job applications per plan. (Plan A can apply 1 time / Plan B can apply 5 times / Plan D can apply infinite times...). - Restrict the number of job alerts per plan. - Restrict the number of CVs (resumes) per plan. - The user should see the restrictions countdown in his Restric Content Pro "Mebership details" ([login to view URL]). Something like: Applications: (1/10), Resumes: (1/2), Job Alerts (1/5) Conditions: - All variables of the plugin should be handled in the "Subscription Levels' in the Wordpress administration.
