Install a ACH(bank draft)payment system that allows Members to list unlimited ACH(bank draft) accounts

Our website allows customers to (A) book a short term property online, the customer uses paypal payment processor that's already built into the site, the landlord is charged a percentage by us the site owner. (B) A long term Tenant can rent a property and pay the landlord monthly, currently the ladlord has to manually record the payments of the tenant. FOR BOOKINGS (A)The Landlord can the withdraw the remainder of their earnings minus our fee to their account... we need a programmer to implement the following.... 1. that the landlord be able to add 1 to unlimited amounts of ACH (BANK accounts) to our system and request the withdrawal of the landlords balance after we take our percentage to the landlords chosen account. FOR LONG TERM RENTALS (B) we need a programmer to implement the following.... 2. The TENANT be able to add 1 or more of their ACH(bank draft account) and make 1 time or schedule automatic monthly withdrawals from their account to pay the LANDLORD their rental amount. AND for the LANDLORD to setup 1 OR MULTIPLE ACH accounts to receive the tenants payments. This system will have to match the landlord to the tenant by a email request tying the tenant to the property being rented.
