I created a pressbooks site. That platform gives you the facility to generate pdf and ebooks with a clic, but you need to install to install some extra apps: prince, kindlegen and others (see more info at part 3 of [login to view URL] My site is is hosted in a Godaddy server, and I don't know how to install the apps. I shouldn't be too difficult.
