Interface / Script to transfer Data from Gambio XT Commerce Shop to Mailchimp

Hello, please only bid if you have very good and professional experience in PHP and with XT based shop systems. Gambio is a shop system that is based on XT Commerce! I need a interface or script that automatic transfers e-mail adresses together with the first and last name of customers from our shop to mailchimp. So when the script runs the first time, all existing customers should be transferred to mailchimp. Also i must be able to see later in Mailchimp that this e-mail addresses came from my gambio shop. So you need to mark this customers source in mailchimp as gambio e-mail addresses. The script needs to run every 24 hours and automatic transfer ONLY new e-mail adresses. It should not transfer any e-mail adresses that have been transferred to mailchimp already before. Please only bid if you have very good experience with XT Based shops and with PHP and JavaScript.
