Hi. My name is Göksel SÖZERİ. I am an electrical & electronics engineer. Firs of all I am from Turkey, so turkish language is not a problem for me. I have done similar projects before. I will tell you my ideas about all the phases in the following section of the proposel. Phase 1: Analysing multi chose questions are likely simple because a lot of psychological tests and theoretical informations and suggections are available. In this phase a desired employee profile can be created and success rate of an interviewer can be calculated using this profile as a referance point. Text based answers quite diffecult but a lot of library exists about this topic. So, not take so much time to implement a well working text analyser. In addition I have deep understanding of AI/ML, NLP, statistics etc. I am confident myself about this kind of topics. Phase 2: If you mean by saying 'code analysis' analysing a code written by interviewer,then i can suggest you a lot of code analysis and test technique. In general this techniques is not hard to implement. If i miss understood this phase, please inform me. We can talk about charge and time later. If you are in Ankara/Turkey, we can meet to talk about project. I am waiting for your responses. Thanks. Phase 3: In this phase i can implement more advance techiques about text analysis. Maybe i can create you a software library if it is necessary.

in this project, for multiple choise the answer from each person will be clustered using k-means, and for text based i'll translate Turking language to english since i'm more familiar with english using google translate. After that i'll be using the NLP (N-GRAM) and will test the data using dataminer to see what best algorithm that can cluster the answer. for the web i'll use bootstrap to make friendly UI.
