Proposed platform will allow registered users to look for online tuitions. User to make a profile and then enter the details of what grade they are in and what subject learning do they require. They will be able to see the number of slots booked(booked slots will be available in the calendar), sessions availed, classes remaining, subjects, cancelled or rescheduled sessions and payments done. According to that they can receive learning by live sessions from tutors. Students will be notified for the session 15 minutes prior by email and texts. Once the tutor has been interviewed and selected (the selection process will happen outside the platform) they can create their profiles on the tutor app. With that they can select the subject and classes they want to teach. They will able to see the number of slots booked(booked slots will be available in the calendar), sessions availed, sessions remaining, subjects, cancelled or rescheduled sessions, payment due and payment received After that they can take live sessions with the registered students. There will be whiteboard API integration in the app, with the help of that board tutor will be able to explain more easily to the student. Tutor can draw, add text, user different colors using that board. Teachers will be notified for the session 15 minutes prior by email and texts. Teachers can also reschedule or cancel a session but they have to inform about the same to admin 4 hours before. Admin will be able to manage users, tutors, subjects, notifications, transaction reports. • Stakeholders • Users (iPhone/ Android App/ Tab/ Website)- Users will be able to register for online tuitions of different subjects. They will be able to view the slots booked(booked slots will be synchronized with the native calendar ), sessions availed, sessions remaining, subjects, rescheduled or cancelled sessions and payment done. User will be notified for the sessions 15 minutes prior via texts and email. • Trainers (iPhone/ Android App/ Tab/ Website)- Registered tutors can take live learning sessions of the students who are registered under them. They can use a whiteboard integrated in the app which will help them to explain more efficiently to the students. Tutors can reschedule or cancel a session for that they have to get permission from the admin 4 hours before the sessions. Tutors can see the slots booked, sessions availed, sessions remaining, rescheduled and canceled sessions, payment due and payment received. Tutor will be notified for the sessions 15 minutes prior via texts and email. • Super Admin (Web)- Admin will be able to manage users, tutors, subjects, notifications, transaction reports.
