Hi, can you please clarify how you would build the following, please, how the end product would work (dashboard) and what tools you would utlised to calibrate this service for us, as well as turn around time and cost, please. we are looking for an IVR functionality that can plug into any web form/landing page form and deliver a tracked call to a designated number, deliver form content entered via whisper message and allow the agent to connect with the lead with the push of one button, including call recording. We need to also have an SMS message to be delivered to the agent (option). And, we need ot have a dashbord where we can see and track the calls, access recordings and have this segmented for different clients/numbers with a clear overview of call numbers, sources (geo location) and password protection. Here are some suggestions from Twillio for this and we need to know how you will create the connectivity of this bundle before we can go ahead.
