Job Title: HTML/PHP Freelancer for Escape Room Game Customer Experience Review Form

We are seeking an experienced HTML/PHP freelancer to create a Customer Experience Review Form for our Escape Room Game. The form has already been designed in HTML and CSS, but we need the rest of the form created based on our set of questions in different categories. Responsibilities: Work with our existing HTML and CSS files to complete the Customer Experience Review Form 1- Create the form based on our set of questions in different categories. 2- Validate the form before submission. 3- Ensure that the form is submitted to our email and a thank you email is sent to the reviewer. 4- Implement a simple 303 redirect to another page that we will design later. Requirements: Strong skills in HTML and PHP development. Experience in form creation and web development. Ability to work collaboratively with our team to achieve our desired outcomes.
