Joomla site audit & repair

http://www.toppokervalue.com. The site is slow, and I feel as though my installation is cluttered with conflicting modules, and other problems. I have a CloudFlare account, but am certain I am not getting the most from it. I have an Ampz extension that is supposed to grab the number of "shares" on social media. but doesn't. The problem is apparently: Cross-Origin Request Blocked: The Same Origin Policy disallows reading the remote resource at [login to view URL] (Reason: CORS header 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' missing) I don't even understand what any of that means, but apparently the same problem is happening with a component in my Rockettheme template (and is no doubt slowing down my site). I am looking for someone who is capable of not only identifying the fixes that must be made, but is also capable of making them (and dealing with the inevitable conflicts that those fixes create). I also do most of my HTML coding using inline HTML because I've never properly learned how to use CSS, so if you can boost my load speeds by cleaning up my HTML coding, then feel free to include that as a separate project proposal.
