Looking for laravel developer to work on the PDF Signature

I am looking for a laravel develope to work on the signature process of pdf.
My issue is the following. I'm trying to convert an HTML textarea <textarea name='test' rows='2' cols='150'>[[!sigField:signer1:signature(sigType=\"Click2Sign\",batch=1):label(\"Clicca per firmare!\"):size(width=150,height=90)]]</textarea> into a PDF acrofield.
This acrofield string (the value) must then be recognized by another software ( an endpoint that offers an API rest for electronic signature ) that will change the content of this field in the PDF.
The acrofield generated by mPDF doesn't present this text value correctly and then my PDF is not recognized by the second software.
If anyone have experience with fillable form fields in pdf, please apply and discuss more details.
