I need some experience freelancer programmer that will make 2 pages that will send emails to new Registered users and the email should have a link that new users will have to click to verify the email address and database on the hosting server will have to be updated that the user confirm the email. This is a small project and the Total budget for the 2 pages is a maximum $35 but first, you will have to prove that you have very good expiriance with this task and you can do this in 1 day. Please note that no access to cPanel on Hosting Server will be given to you.
