Manage WH347 Submissions

This is not a payroll system. This system will utilize the Wordpress (Plugins) database and PHP, UI and UX can be forthwith from developer
Utilize Wordpress , Memberpress Plugin, Learndash Plugin and Hooks and ACtions to provide an application that will allow endusers to Upload data into a fillable PDF, Manually input data or upload a hardcopy of a WH347. No data will be put directly into the WH347, [login to view URL] the WH347 will be filled from the uploaded or manually input data. The WH347 will then be rendered but not editable.
Certified payroll is recorded on a weekly bases and is keyed on weekending. No one but the creator of the certified payroll records can edit the records and only the creator can see the records in detail mode, all other users can only see the rendered WH347.
Will utilize RESTAPI or Hooks to create Learndash Groups, group leaders and group users and add courses to them that will actually represent the projects Groups will represent the companies. There are single memberships and agency memberships. Agency memberships, only the agency pays. Each membership can have multiple projects and agency memberships can authorize subcontractors to invite their subcontractos into the app.
Create UI to show,
1. List of all projects for a User
2. List of all users on(contractors) on a project) (always 1 for single subscriptions).
3. Look at Payroll detail for a given contractor on a given project for a given week. (WH347) rendering only.
4. CRUD records for any project, any weekending and then recreate (wH347).
5. Allow enduser to add static information for each project ( company name, Contract/Project Number/Location, Signer etc.)
6. Allow enduser to invite subcontractors if they are an Agency User or authorized to add contractors by the Agency user or an authorized subcontractor.
