Matching algorithm for real-time Carpooling Platform.

We are building a carpooling platform, tailored to match drivers with passengers going on the same direction, for city transportation. We need a real-time matching algorithm for Carpooling Platform. How would it work: Drivers creates a trip (Which includes): Point of origin Point of destination. Days of the week he makes the trip Hour Cost per seat Passenger post the trip ((Which includes) Point of origin Point of destination. Days of the week he needs the trip Hour. If there is a match, the system connects them. Matching levels: 1) Origin 2) Destination 3) Hour 4) Type of company (the solution aims to be tailored to closed networks, like companies or Universities, so users of Network A can only connect with other Network A´s Users), but still being able to be tuned and opened (So users From Company A, Can connect with users from Company B, and vice-versa. General Users (With no company, can connect with other general Users). 5) Route (A driver can connect with a passenger that is located at any point of his route, driver´s route). 6) Travel Preferences 7) Same type of users matches (Driver can be matched with other driver (if they have the same points A and B, origin and destination). Passenger can passenger can connect with other passenger under the same circumstances. There is another level of the matching system, which is tailored to instant travels. Meaning a user want to travel now, so he only puts Origin, destination and the system generates and shows the matches with X minute flexibility, so they can contact them. The app is going to be integrated using Firebase. Desired language: Spanish, if not, English is Ok. We are open to consider proposals in terms of prioritizing the matching levels, whether running the matching system server or user side, dev. language or the matching, other different forms of running the matching system and geocoding of points.
