Move existing website from prestashop to Woocommerce -- 2

This is a complete migration of customers, products, images for products, prices, attributes, taxes, shipping cost etc... the entire database
also, need to add plugins for credit card payments & 30 days account payment plugin, shipping plugins to get live data from couriers, etc..
After this project is completed, there are few other projects to link our accounting system via API & other customizations to Woocommerce website back end
