Need to complete website which is made based on magento

We have a website which is build on HTML / CSS and PHP and we are using a magento admin panel.
Front end website build on Mage object of magento
1. Need to fetch all content from magento article.
2. There are 3 kinds of forms on website. Newsletter, Contact us and Career. We need to post all these forms in magento. for Contact us and Career, we also need simple CRUD admin module. For each action, email should be sent to user as well as admin. JavaScript and PHP validation required for forms.
3. We also need simple invoice module in admin panel so that admin can raise invoice against specific customer. That customer will get notification in email with PDF format on invoice. Format of the invoice will be given after confirmation of bidding.
4. User can pay invoice amount from website.
5. Website have login and register functionality. That needs to be completed.
6. Some simple UI fixes needs to be done for tablet and mobile. Mostly those are related to hero image. Should not take more than 30 mins.
