I need you to develop a webapp which use existing youtube live for live streaming along with the chat option. The details are as follows: 1. When someone visit the website they need to login / signup 2. This signup will be verified from admin login & can be deactivated any time. 3. From admin login we will insert youtube live url & stream key 4. Since, youtube chat doesnt work on emebeding, you need to give separate chat option which can be controlled from admin panel like throwing out someone from the system, blocking them. 5. The embed youtube live stream will be in unlisted mode, so you have to make sure, students should not be able to find the exact url. 6. It should be mobile responsive & looks like youtube app. 7. Only users will permission can access it. We can manage the user registration data from admin panel i.e. it must show list of all the students who have signed up.
