New adult site needing twilio intergrated, seo, and more

Hello, my name is Moroni. I have an adult phone actress site that I have been working on. I am needing a few things done. I am wanting to integrate a system where a client can put his credit card info in on his side. He is given a wallet that he can see on his profile that automatically deducts payment when he calls, texts a working girl, or buys something on our online store. From my understanding the program that I am wanting is called "twilo". Aside from that, I am needing my seo done. And finally, I am needing to clean my site up. I am using a table on my site and there is a white box around it that I can not get rid of. I am needing also a plugin or something that can be put on our "audio stories" page. This is a page that I would like for girls to be able to record something and us post it on that page to be sold. I have tried a few plugins and I either get- the recording to be listened to before the client pays, or where it accepts payment but does not give the client the download or email for the recording. If possible also I would like to add indicators to girls pages. So, when she is busy, available, or on a call, or not available it will indicate on her page that clients can see. I'd like it where the girl could log in and chose manually which one she wants to do. If twilo gets integrated, hopefully there will be a way to just show if a girl is not available or on a call.
