Hi, To be perfectly honest (yea, i am like that ;)), i'm not an expert on atlassian software, but i use it A LOT (as sys admin), but.. i can say that i'm really good with debugging applications and services. So... it should take me around 15 minutes after entering Your server to determine what's wrong with jira instance and if i'm able to fix it. What kind of linux distro are You using there? I worked with different services and servers, particularly, designing of a local data center, management of local and remote sites, and cloud environments. The above-mentioned experience includes work with virtualization technologies, mostly based on VMWare products, cloud services such as AWS, DigitalOcean, and etc. I have proven knowledge of networking and security, thanks to the work experience and Cisco training sessions I participated.
