WHO I AM SEEKING I am looking for a skilled web developer that can take front-end designs and functionality concepts, and then make it work. I have many projects ranging from very easy, such as this one, to much more complex projects. You should be able to communicate in a timely manner, clearly and effectively in English. BASIC OVERVIEW OF THIS PROJECT I want you to build me an offline form that will be used to output HTML for a web page. The user will enter text in the form fields, and the form submit will place that text into specific places in a template. HOW IT WORKS 1) The user opens the form in an offline browser. 2) The user enters various data into the form fields text boxes. 3) When completed with data entry, the user clicks SUBMIT button. 4) The form then opens a new browser window with the user-data inserted into specific places in an HTML template. The new browser window displays the full HTML, and a save button. 5) The user will then click a "SAVE" button to save this HTML to an HTML file. 6) The user can go back to window with the form, click a "CLEAR FORM" button to clear the form, and enter text to build another page. BASIC EXAMPLE The user will open the form file and see a form with -- TITLE: [input text box] HEADLINE: [input text box] PAGE TEXT: [input text box] [SUBMIT BUTTON] For title, the user enters: Three Dogs By The Lake For headline, they input: Dogs At Lake Page text, they input: This is the text for the page that the user enters. The user clicks enter, and a new browser window opens that displays the full HTML code. <html> <head> <title>Three Dogs Running By The Lake</title> </head> <body> <h1>Dogs At Lake</h1> <p>This is the text for the page that the user enters.<p> </body> </html * This was a very basic example of the form. There will be more input fields, and a few aspects of this form may be slightly more complicated than simple text fields. This will be detailed in the complete project info, but overall it is really simple project. ** This project will pay exactly $36. All bids for a different amount will be ignored. If you have the skills to complete this project, it will definitely take you less than three hours. This means you will receive at least $10 an hour plus a little extra to help cover the fees. I would expect a great developer to take less than an hour to complete this project. If you do a good job, I will offer you more projects. *** Additional project specifications will be provided upon successful bid and hire. **** All files, materials, and websites you are working on are to remain strictly confidential.
