We have a multi store that has many modules installed, including some custom modules we have created. We want to migrate this shop to new version preserving all data and all module functionality we already have. Some modules have updates for the new ver some don't. A new fresh template will be applied that will be selected and bought from us. Any existing module that has an update for the new opencart ver and needs to be bought we will buy it. The freelancer who will take this project will have to deliver the store with at least all the features it has today even if he has to update manually some custom modules to the new ver of opencart. The final candidate will have a current demo site to review all the time we will preparing the new. At the end, after our acceptance of the new site and after our successful testing, the freelancer has to give a tool or procedure for us to follow so, the original data migration to the new site from the old site will to be done instantly at that time in order not to experience any downtime on the transition of the old to the new site. Site is active and has sales every day.
