Re do a PHP development

Hi I have a few websites that I developed via a development company in India However. many of these projects just never got finished, and with time the mysql setups became old. I really would like to get those projects up and running and be able to recoup the dollars lost! From the projects, I would like to start with a project that has the following functionality 1) It's an MLM platform (2 Levels) different Levels and Different Packages 3x ??? 2) Meaning: User become member, by joining The user then can purchase package 1 on level 1 Package 1: User Purchase package 1 User introduce 3 members (line 1) No Income is earned by User for introducing the next 3 members ( No Income/commission) Income gets earned by the user from the 9 people introduced by the 3 people initially introduced Each user gets his own hierarchy, as this is the only line on which income is generated Summary: User receives income after an initial purchase of Package 1 , only income from the 9 new users recruited by the 3 people he/she introduced To make it more clear, let's assume that package 1 cost 20$, then the user will receive let's say 10$ from the 9 people online 2, giving the user 90$ back With the 90 $, The user can now purchase Package 2 Level 1 The same will apply as above This can go on and on .... but it stays Level 1, Packages can be created in the admin panel Packages get placed in a CATEGORY, that will enable the user to choose a category and then participate with the purchase of Package 1 of that category, level 1 From where I sit, I see the development of the section I described above as just a replication And adding Levels, will not be any different I called this an MLM, but I do not really see that as an MLM , but more development of specific functionality of commission paid from 1 line We can discuss the project in more dept
