PHP/Laravel/MySQL - Code Setup & Commenting Exercise - 10 hours

I have 2-3 years old code in VPS/ CentOS which has been working well on the host and it is managed by couple of my developers who are busy. It has cronjob, APIs, MySQL, Twilio, Emailing and other standard server side components. Entire code is in PHP/Laravel.
Now, I want to download that code from bitbucket and set up on my localhost (Windows 10 PC) and also do code walk through review (I used to be a Unix/C++ developer so I know basic languages, flow, coding, logic, functions, etc..). As a part of code walk through, we will review logic/code and put proper code comments.
All in all, I think we will need 10 sessions of 1 hour each at minimum (over 10 days) to do code walk through along all involved components ..
Budget $50 for 10 hours over 10 days so don't ask me a separate budget. If you can not speak in English, don't bid. We will do sessions over TV/Sky=pe/ AnyDesk etc.
