PHP programming and some Javascript debugging onoing for 1 day a week, 3-4 months

Hi all,

we have an existing website, commercial software but with source, and it need changes, updates and extensions. The source is PHP, no framework, and there is almost no documentation.

I am working on this myself for 1 day a week, but need some help.

The work is for 1 day a week on fridays, normal workday hours Europe time.

I need someone IN EUROPE because of the working hours, preferably close to Netherlands that I can work together with on fridays.

You must be able to deal with code without documentation, and must work on the same day as me for the first month at least.

I have a strict budget, and can not let you do more per month. I a sorry, this is also the deal I got and I can not change it.

I want someone that can write official EU invoices with VAT number, otherwise this will be too expensive for me. The maximum hourly rate is 15 EUR/hour.
