Raspberry Pi - RFID Attendance System

RFID Attendance System I wish to install a device in a remote location and give my employees a RFID Card to swipe when on duty and to swipe off when going off duty. The clock-in and out times need to be sent remotely and stored in a database online (web hosting i can provide for testing etc) and then an admin backend built so that i can login and add new users with the RFID Card numbers. The remote device needs to me simple with the display saying something like "Ready......." the employee then swipes there card and it says "Morning John" then at the end of there shift they clock out and it says "See you tomorrow" The times they clock-in and clock-out need to be stored in a remote mysql database. Admin Panel which is also hosted on the remote server, is to allow myself to login and check there attendance for a set period,, the admin panel should also allow me to add,remove employees etc. PLEASE CHECK THE ATTACHED DOCUMENT FOR FULL PROJECT REQUIREMENTS Please create a basic block diagram and share details of how you plan to execute this project.
