Real time data analysis module for existing survey application Add to Watch List

We require a developer to write the real time data analysis module for our survey application. We are looking for real time analysis of web-based data entry with less than 2 seconds lag time. Specifically, the developer will be required to demonstrate using sharp visualization (d3js charts for example) data analysis as the data is being entered, and program certain statistical tests (t-test, chi square, correlations) so that data can be statistically compared in real time. We already have front end design for the visualization in bootstrap html, ready to be implemented.
The programmer will then successfully integrate this module into existing software application. He must develop it in PHP using MVC and Code Igniter framework. We are working with MySQL database.
The programmer must submit source code and documentation at the end of the work.
