repair weird post redirects in wordpress

We have a very customized wordpress site and suddenly we have some weird 302 redirects from one post to another and I cant find where this comes from. We use many plugins, some are self-made so this can come from anywhere. I already checked htaccess but its not from there. I can explain you better once you start to work but I defenitely need someone who knows a lot about wp-architecture and also php coding.
This probably has to do with recent update to wp 4.4 but I am not sure. Only today a customer made me aware of the problem. I have no idea how long this already has been.
