Hi, I want to know an approximate price for an ads website with reviews and response. How the website is going to work: I am looking for an logged in user to raise a project in a specific category. The project, once posted will reach out to specific users in specific categories to get a price quote. Let's call the user that raised the project "enquirer" and the users will respond with the prices "quoters". Is the same principle as freelancer, only that is not going to be for websites. Another important feature is that some "quoters" will have specific pre-defined replies based on specific project parameters. Ex: Project: "I want to paint my car" Project user added parameters: Car Manufacturer and model: Volvo, XC90 Request type: Car Service-> Paint Quoters auto-response: "For a Volvo XC90, to paint your car ks going to cost you approximately: £500." Please let know for the above described website an approximate price for: Developing the website (it could be a template) and it needs to have a CMS and ability for users to pay online.
