basically we need a software that work with Nuance vocalizer expressive sdk (we will purchase this).

we want to make a speech synthesizer based on Microsoft platform SAPI5.

this synthesizer should be recognize by the Microsoft speech platform . (as SAPI).

the synthesizer sends a strings of text coming fro screen reader and reading text software's to the SDK Nuance vocalizer expressive software.

this synthesizer should split and send the string of text to 4 languages, Hebrew, English, Arabic, Russian.

the new synth should recognize the languages from the Unicode characters.

and send it to the proper sdk language and from there to the speakers.
