As you are trying to scrape data from a .aspx site, you can rest assure that the data partially or fully generated dynamically. Most of the cases they can be collected sending "post" request as the url in the address bar remains unchanged. I've worked with .aspx sites several times.I'll use requests module in combination with BeautifulSoup library along with lxml parser to do the trick, if I stick to python. Css selectors are the best ways to locate the desired items as they are less prone to break so I'll use the same within the script. First I will try to reach them using get request. If get request can't do the job then I'll use post request. Hope I could clarify the methods that may come into play while scraping the required data.
