Set up database to retrieve data input from Unity built games + admin panel + dashboard

We are needing someone who can help us build a 1) admin panel to place interactive games / surveys on our server, and a database which can capture that data. 2) a dashboard for summary data. The Games: Please refer to these as examples of the interactive games: The Paper Mission: [login to view URL] NPS Demo: [login to view URL] This is currently built on Unity, but we are open minded about other applications. We prefer a method where more video / graphic intensive interactive games can be used as well for the future. And it needs to be multi browser enabled as well as tablet / smartphone enabled. Note: Upon this project, please use the above two demos as examples and test. 1) The Admin Panel An Admin system for us to be able to upload new games / surveys where the data can be captured in the database. We also want to have an option to send a general URL to users OR create a unique URL syntax for unique IDs to be appended to. Unique URL Syntax - We want a SYNTAX to be generated and the client side can append the unique ID. IE, [login to view URL][id=?]. As there will a lot of IDs, and also we want the client to be able to generate it as a batch. 2) Dashboard A dashboard for the client to log in to view preset summary results. The summary result is set by us and the summaries will obviously need to be different for each client. This means that in Admin Panel we create log in for the Dashboard which is specific to each game. We can also create filters and summary of the dataset within the dashboard.
