Good day, I am an expert in elearning with over 18 years of experience that includes over 12 years on Moodle. I can do the installation for you, but for settings & configurations then you need to be specific to your needs as it may be too variable in doing this as Moodle has 6k settings, so what exactly that you need to setup? The amount of bid here is hardly enough for installing. For the information, please be reminded that the requirements of recent versions of Moodle are strict and the majority of hosting companies does not support them by default. So, this needs further settings for the system before hosting Moodle. This may request you to upgrade to a higher level of hosting if necessary. To be fair enough, I can have a look at the system and advise you that it is possible to continue with the implementation of Moodle, if you continue and the installation is done you pay me AUD 500 which includes all necessary settings, otherwise you pay me AUD 100 as a consultation fee.
