simple tracking user interface w Sales for Sub Affiliates - Needs iDeas to implement

​ ​Tasks: solve a problem for us via programming: We are open for ideas Problem: many sub affiliates using our referral link for each vendor web site we do not get a parameter for sub ID tracking from the vendor web site jut one general affiliate link for us We need to track each sub affiliate sales..on our end How can we do that ? Idea we have - Each affiliate has an outgoing link for a program that we provide that script before sending user to our URL ask user for his First Name, Last name, Email - we push to our DB with Sub affiliate Site and then send it to the actual affiliate site.. Based on sales info from affiliate we can later reconcile and update all visits with the actual sale Since a sale on the vendor site will ask user for his first name and last name - We want before going to the link - you create a simple script : PHP/HTML or whatever that push the affiliate site name and above to DB That is one option...not so elegant..;) we are open for other solutions that are better Any suggestions Tell us how you would do it We use word press/PHP environment/MYSQL We want also an interface that show each sub affiliate and all his visits for each vendor site and any sales for each site user visit( out fields for Sale : First Name, Last Name, Email - From Vendor site) The goal is that we can see all visits and sales from each sub affiliate site as user go to many vendor site We need you to program that and create an interface with all sub affiliate login, admin login and we can see all sales and Sub affiliate can see his own sales We are open to suggestions Please advice and lets do this !
